To upskill the teachers CBSE conducts Capacity Building Programmes (CBP). Teachers from NSAHS participated in the Two Day CBP at Meridian School, Uppal designed to enhance their ability to foster creative and critical thinking in students
The sessions by Ms.Anjali Razdan and Ms.Lakshmi Annapurna focused on practical strategies and interactive methods.
Key Highlights
1. Creative Thinking: Techniques such as brainstorming, mind mapping, lateral thinking and design thinking were explored to inspire originality and innovation in students.
2. Critical Thinking: Teachers learned to cultivate analytical skills by evaluating evidence, identifying biases, inductive thinking, deductive thinking, abductive thinking and integrating critical thinking activities into lesson plans.
The workshop effectively equipped educators with tools to nurture higher-order thinking skills.
