*HERITAGE CLUB* – *VISIT TO GOLCONDA* *FORT GRADES III–V*

As part of the Bagless Saturdays initiative, the Heritage Club organised an educational field visit to the historic Golconda Fort for students of Grades III–V.

The visit aimed to provide students with *an enriching learning experience beyond the classroom and help them connect with the rich heritage and history of Hyderabad.*

During the visit, students explored the magnificent fort and learned about its historical significance, architecture, fortification, gateways and engineering marvels.

They were introduced to interesting facts about the rulers and the important role Golconda played in the history of the region.

The field visit encouraged students to observe, explore and learn through direct experience. It enhanced their historical awareness, curiosity, appreciation of cultural heritage and sense of responsibility towards preserving monuments.

The visit was an engaging and memorable Bagless Saturday experience, making learning interactive, experiential and meaningful for the young learners.
